Berghs offers two full-time programs available for international students: Interactive Communication and Berghs Bachelor program.

About Berghs Bachelor

Berghs Bachelor consists of three to four years of academic studies with the first semester completed in Stockholm and the following in Sydney, Perth or San Fransisco. Berghs School of Communication offers two different streams: A Bachelor of Communications and a Bachelor of Design. The semester at Berghs is conducted in English and all written work must be submitted in English. The courses at Berghs are designed to prepare the students for their studies in Australia or USA. Our instructors come from the industry and have international backgrounds. During the semester at Berghs students will also be involved in real projects and will be encouraged to attend guest lectures, visit exhibitions and participate in a large variety of events and activities at Berghs connected with students from other programs.

After the semester at Berghs an Official Transcript is issued. The final degree is issued by the partner school attended. 

About Interactive Communication

Interactive Communication – Digital Director/Digital Creative is a one-year education that gives students a platform on how to utilize digital logics, turning them into relevant marketing solutions. To obtain the entry assignments for Interactive Communication, please send an email to Peter Hellgren at Berghs.

Interactive Communication – Digital Director/Digital Creative is a one-year education that gives students a platform on how to utilize digital logics, turning them into relevant marketing solutions. Students learn how the contemporary techniques of interactive executions function regardless of language, geography or culture and how it function as a driver and innovator for other marketing channels and methods. The program is set-up so aspiring creative’s and strategists/planners can study side by side, will having some separate courses in order to deepen their knowledge in core areas. The education provides the knowledge base and toolkit, allowing students to work professionally at agencies as web strategists, digital planners, Interactive Art Directors or brand managers in both public and private organizations.

After one year at Berghs' Interactive Communication program, the students have the option to apply to a year of internships at a few, selected agencies such as BBH, AKQA, Great Works and Isobar. 9 out of 10 students are hired within 3 months after graduating and placed at some of the worlds best agencies.

Heidi Eskonniemi: "I strive to get the most out of a course and grow as much as possible"

As Career Day is approaching, Berghs’ International Relations Manager Digge Zetterberg Odh is seen running faster and faster through the corridors and classrooms at Sveavägen, Stockholm. Tomorrow Berghs will host for 32 agencies and 180 students who are to meet each other for speed dates.

Åsa Myrdal Bratt - What People Do Counts

Åsa Myrdal Bratt is the branding expert who was given her own supplement in Dagens Industri, Sweden’s leading business paper. An alumnus of the Stockholm School of Business, she has worked extensively with PR and advertising in many contexts. After running her own branding school in Dagens Industri, Berghs invited her to come and teach and she accepted.

Tommy Lagestam: ”The communications industry needs new voices"

Tommy Lagestam is about to leave Berghs. And Sweden. This week, this fall’s class of Berghs Bachelor students will end their time at Sveavägen and make their way into the world, to their respective partner schools. The destination on Tommy’s plane ticket is San Francisco, where he'll major in copywriting. " I want to end up somewhere where I can work to bring about change."
