Course fee
Course fee is the fee set by Berghs´ School of Communication to be paid for the whole course.
The course fee must be paid no later than the due date stated on the invoice, usually one week before start of course. If you have been accepted to the course, but cannot take the course, you must give notice in writing that you will not take the course, no later than the date specified in the enrollement confirmation. If notice of resignation of course is given at later date and up to the start of the course, you will be charged with 5 % (incl VAT) of the course fee as an administration cost.
You are formally enrolled when you have paid your fee or participated at the first lesson. You have then also committed to pay full course fee.
Payment
It is always the student who has the financial responsibility towards the school. For example, if your employer shall pay but does not fulfill its liability to the school, the payment responsibility is transferred to you personally.
The invoice of the course fee should be settled at the specified date, at the latest. A reminder of payment is charged with a fee of 150 SEK and interest rate (base rate +8%). Unpaid course fee on specified date will result in loss of right to participate in course.
Reimbursement of course fee
Paid course fees are non refundable. Exceptions can be given at long term illness, supported by a medical certificate. Application of defection, supported by a medical certificate, is made in writing to Berghs´ SoC.
Study break
Study break is not granted. Subject to alteration.
