About the Course
This course is for students who are interested in a career as a graphic designer or art director and wish to take a first step into a creative world. Graphic Design is for students who want to get a qualified introduction to the topic and are interested in a career as a graphic designer. You are also willing to work hard during the 15 weeks to gain new experiences and develop new skills.
The course covers theory, but the emphasis is on practical assignments that challenge creativity and sense of form. We work with graphic design, typography, shape, color and layout and the creative process. You get a good insight into how a professional graphic designer works.
After completing this course you should be able to deal with basic concepts and means of expression and to work with both the traditional and new tools for graphic communications.
