About the Course
This course targets people who want to become an expert in facilitating idea processes, in order to enable participants in brainstorms to make more innovative ideas more effectively, and to choose the right ideas to implement.
Creativity and innovation is a must for change, and change is a must for survival. All companies who seek to secure their future, need to continuously look for new ideas within their own organization.
Brainstorm sessions with many participants is difficult to organize, and requires certain skills. To avoid brainstorming leading nowhere, the process needs planning and a clear structure. And at the same time create the right atmosphere and introduce inspirational creative tools. Not to mention how to choose the right ideas, and develop a clear concept from there on.

- Preparing brainstorms
- Learning a structured method
- How to create a YES AND atmosphere
- Learning creative techniques and tools
- How to sort and choose the right ideas for implementation
- What happens after a brainstorm?
During the two days the course will work with a specific task, showing the use of methods, techniques and tools. All participants will learn how to make their own schedule for a creative process.
