What is Design Thinking

Design Thinking is a powerful innovation process that combines empathy, creativity, and a logical mindset to solve complex problems. The discipline has approximately twenty years of history and it is now a key reference for professionals within the fields of creative services and business innovation. The Design Thinking process always starts with understanding the human needs, it takes into account your business objectives and explores the possibilities offered by technology.

Course Content

This condensed one-day course gives you a fundamental understanding of the Design Thinking process together with methods and tools to put it into practice.  The course is built around the key steps of problem framing, empathy, ideation, prototyping, and testing.

You learn methods to improve team dynamics and bring Design Thinking to your organization. You grow confidence in using a human-centric approach through practice and reflection, and you are coached and mentored by your instructors to support your learning curve. The course includes a series of cases to illustrate how your newly-developed skills can impact on large organizations.

You have professional experience in marketing, communication or business. You are looking for methods to improve the way you collaborate with your team and the way you – or your organization – approach professional challenges.
