Social hållbarhet en vinnande strategi i sociala medier.
UTMANING
Vasakronans utmaning är deras sociala medier, som saknar en tydlig strategi. De såg ett stort behov i att öka deras varumärkes kommunikation under hela kundresan, för att generera ökad ny- och merförsäljning av bolagets totala erbjudande.
IDÉ
För att kunna göra detta så valde vi att satsa på Vasakronans USP:ar hållbarhet, kvalitet och innovation. Vi la märke till att samtliga konkurrenter endast pratar om ekologisk hållbarhet, och såg därför möjligheten att istället ha social hållbarhet som hjärtefråga. Mer specifikt arbetsmiljö och välmående, som idag är en central del av Vasakronans core values, men som ej kommuniceras.
För att kunna ta fram konkreta uttag så nischade vi målgruppen mot tidiga tillväxtbolag. Kanaler vi valt att använda i vår SoMe-kundresa är LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram och Youtube. Vi fick även möjligheten att ta fram PR-kampanjen "Grönskan" på ämnet arbetsmiljö i form av kontor på lugna platser ute i naturen.
RESULTAT
SoMe-strategin och PR-kampanjen är skapade för att öka Vasakronans varumärkeskännedom, leads och konvertering.
