Unconference: AI at Berghs is a full-day event filled with workshops, talks, and conversations. It’s a forum where we explore, learn, and share insights and experiences together. Our ambition is to explore how we can best navigate a reality in which AI plays a significant role.
This is the fifth edition of our Unconference: AI. The program is designed to allow space for spontaneous encounters and reflection.
We keep the clear framework that makes the event unique: short talks mixed with workshops. No panels — they’re boring. And no selling from the stage. There are no moderators, and each speaker is responsible for managing their own time.
At an Unconference, all participants contribute to creating an open and curious atmosphere. This year, we’ve added a morning session with in-depth conversations in small groups, where you as a participant can choose between different challenges and work toward concrete solutions.

The tentative schedule is as follows:
- 09:00–09:30 – Opening in the Berghs Aula: inspiration and practical information about the day’s Unconference
- 09:30–10:00 – Time to choose your track
- 10:00–11:30 – Four tracks: Forecasting, where you actively work with real-world challenges, AI Dojo for beginners, where we test tools together, Thematic talks in the Aula, Roundtable discussions (some by invitation only)
- 11:30 – Lunch
- 12:30 – Inspirational keynote in the Aula
- 13:00–approx. 15:40 – Four tracks with talks and workshops (10/20-minute talks, 40-minute workshops)
- 16:00 – After Work and Prompt Battle in the Aula
Why we believe an Unconference: AI is needed
AI continues to reshape how we work and is increasingly affecting processes and business models. New versions of models are constantly emerging, along with a growing ecosystem of applications built on top of LLMs.
This raises many questions, such as:
- What kind of creativity will be in demand?
- Which projects or applications have AI actually made a difference in?
- What challenges are we likely to face?
- What will the job market look like?
- Which skills will be needed — and which will become redundant?
- Is it enough to simply “put AI in front of” your business — and what does an AI agency actually do?
Pricing
The event costs SEK 695 (student price SEK 195, valid student ID required). This includes lunch, coffee, and access to the full program running from 09:00 to 16:00. You’re very welcome to stay for our After Work from 16:00 to 18:00, where the conversations continue.
