Experience

For nearly 15 years, Joakim has worked strategically with the academic and commercial development of Berghs. He has followed the evolution of Artificial Intelligence from its early stages, exploring its challenges, opportunities, and effects. He is also the author and presenter of Berghs’ annual trend report According to Berghs.

In his field of expertise—strategic communication, leadership, and education—Joakim brings 30 years of experience as a strategist in senior roles at organizations such as the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and the Research Institute of Industrial Economics, as well as agencies including KREAB, Springtime, and Trimedia.

Education

Certified Strategist from Berghs (formerly RMI-Berghs), studies in Media and Communication at Linnaeus University, and further training in Artificial Intelligence, Leadership, Adult Learning, Innovation Management, Brand Strategy, and Communication Management.
