Marie Alani

Experience

Marie has more than 20 years’ experience in PR, strategic communication, leadership, and organizational development. She is the author of Lycklig lönsamhet (Happy Profitability) and hosted a long-running podcast exploring leadership, values, and workplace culture.

For the past six years at Berghs, she has been responsible for all full-time programs while also acting as People and Culture Lead. She is part of the school’s executive team and chairs its Inclusion Council. Marie has also led several internal programs at Berghs focusing on personal leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in International Communication from the American University of Paris, with additional studies in psychology, coaching, design management, and leadership.
