With guidance from Berghs' AI experts, your team will identify opportunities, develop and test an AI solution, and create a plan for implementing and further developing it within your organisation.

The programme combines training, hands-on development and expert guidance. Over 12 weeks, a dedicated team works on a specific AI Success Case through three phases.
Identify – Weeks 1–4
The first phase focuses on identifying and prioritising a business challenge where AI can create value. Together, we define objectives, explore potential solutions, identify relevant AI tools and establish how results will be measured.
Build – Weeks 5–9
The team develops its knowledge of selected AI tools and puts that learning directly into practice. This involves designing an AI-powered workflow, developing a prototype and refining the solution through testing and iteration.
Scale – Weeks 10–12
The solution is tested and further developed, key learnings are consolidated, and a roadmap or playbook is created to support continued use. The programme concludes with a presentation of the results and recommendations for next steps.
By the end of the programme, your organisation will have:
