Adam Springfeldt is a former Executive Creative Director, writer, and co-founder of ACNE Creative—part of the original multidisciplinary collective ACNE and one of Sweden’s most internationally recognised creative agencies. With over two decades of experience, Adam has led global teams and shaped brand and campaign work for clients in telecom, fashion, politics, tech, and beyond. His creative leadership helped earn ACNE its reputation as a trusted partner to world-class names including Apple, Google, Nike, IKEA, Netflix, Audi, Polestar, Minecraft, H&M, Byredo, and the United Nations. Adam also served as creative and cultural lead across all 10 of ACNE’s European offices before leaving the agency world in January 2024 to go independent.

Adam Horne is an Australian creative director, strategist, and educator with over 20 years experience across branding, communication, and creative development. He's worked with Ford, Microsoft, Nestlé, P&G, and the EU across 25+ markets at Wunderman, McCann, and CHE Proximity. Now he runs Aizle.Co, a consultancy that bakes training into work and work into training. Aizle is, by design, trying to make itself unnecessary. He also co-created the LIONS Creative MBA and led its fourth cohort.

Ramiro Oblitas

Ramiro Oblitas is a designer and creative director with more than 25 years of international experience in branding, identity design, and visual communication. Born in La Paz and educated in Stockholm and London, he has worked with globally recognised brands including LVMH, Moncler, On Running, Swiss International Air Lines and Vitra, among others. As co-founder of the design studio Parasol, his work combines strategic thinking with a strong cultural and visual perspective — creating brands and identities that are both emotionally resonant and commercially impactful.

Anthony Lui is a creative leader with more than 15 years of international experience spanning art direction, advertising, marketing innovation, and sustainable fashion. His career includes leading creative teams at agencies such as AKQA and ustwo. Today, he is the Co-Founder and Operations Director of Bergstrand, the Nordics’ leading fashion and textile sustainability consultancy, where he works at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and sustainable transformation.

Erik Bergqvist

Erik Bergqvist is a creative director and brand strategist with extensive experience within advertising, branding, and copywriting. He has worked with internationally recognized agencies including Acne and Mother, and led award-winning campaigns for global brands such as Audi, Netflix and Orange. His work combines sharp strategic thinking with a strong creative sensibility, often exploring how brands can stay distinctive and culturally relevant in a constantly shifting landscape.

Alison Bonner

Alison Bonner is a brand and marketing leader with extensive international experience in shaping brands, driving creative transformation, and building global brand strategy. With a background spanning both agency and client-side leadership, she began her career as a strategist at Wieden + Kennedy and TBWA, working on global brands including Nike, Levi's, and Coca-Cola. She now leads brand and marketing at Skanska, bringing that strategic agency grounding to a large, complex international organisation.

Isabelle McAllister

Isabelle McAllister is a creative transition activist, designer, lecturer, and self-described "cultural weaver" working at the intersection of sustainability, creativity, and systems change. With a background spanning media, design, and circular living, she is known for connecting ideas, people, and disciplines to inspire new ways of thinking about the future. Through her work, from television and writing to lectures and community-building, she challenges norms around consumption, creativity, and sustainability.
