Berghs Unconference:AI is a self-organized event for people who work with, think about, or are trying to make sense of AI. The event attracts creatives, pioneers and builders, entrepreneurs and thought leaders in your AI community to share knowledge and inspiration.
Speakers self-nominate in advance and co-create the schedule. Most of the content is released beforehand, and contributors help promote the event through their networks, communities, and word of mouth.
At the event, we can run several tracks in parallel, from a main stage to smaller rooms built for depth. Topics are broad and the audience diverse, and we cover AI ethics, creative tools, AI Agents, vibe coding, change management, L&D, education, writing, and leadership. No track is too niche. The audience chooses where to go and when to leave. If a room isn't giving you energy, you move. We call it the Law of Two Feet.
We want the event to be both sustainable and accessible; we charge a participant fee to cover food and drinks. We have no sponsors, moderators, or speaker fees; this is purely a knowledge-sharing and networking event with participants in focus.

The Unconference:AI has been instrumental in building a network of AI early adopters, creators, and leaders. Now we are coming to Berlin.
