Brian Rea

Brian Rea is the former Art Director of the New York Times Op-Ed Page and his award-winning illustrations appear each week alongside the newspaper’s column “Modern Love.” He has produced drawings, paintings, and animation for books, magazines, murals, fashion and film projects around the world. Clients include, Apple, Marni, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, Google, Warby Parker, Herman Miller, and the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles. He is a member of Alliance Graphique Internationale and his work has been recognized by the Art Directors Club, Society of Publication Designers, American Illustration, and The Society of Illustrators in New York.
