DIGITAL Tools & Technical SUPPORT
Here you’ll find guidelines and information about our digital tools.
Zoom is the platform we use at Berghs to deliver online courses and remote teaching. As a Course Director, you will receive a Zoom licence through Berghs, intended solely for teaching and activities related to your course. If you have not yet received your Zoom licence, please contact us.
Zoom recordings should only be made available through Canvas and only for as long as students have access to the course. For privacy reasons, recordings must not be downloadable and should only be available to stream directly in Canvas.
Canvas is the learning platform we use at Berghs as the digital home for your course. It’s where students should be able to find everything they need throughout the course, including schedules, course content, assignments, resources and important updates.
Course content should be clearly structured into modules, making it easy for students to understand what they need to do, when they need to do it and where to find relevant materials. Aim to keep the structure simple and consistent throughout the course, with clear titles and a logical order.
Canvas should complement your teaching by giving students one reliable place to return to before, during and after each class.
