Many AI trainings teach you to write better prompts. This one starts a step earlier: the material the model works from. Every organisation runs on knowledge that was never written down. It sits in the head of the person who has been there twelve years, in a chat thread nobody can find, or in a document that was true two years ago. An AI model cannot reach any of it.
There are different kinds of missing context and each kind has a different fix. Knowledge nobody has said out loud is not the same problem as knowledge that was written down and lost, or knowledge that is simply out of date. The day is built on the MethodKit method: physical cards on the table, structured conversation in small groups, and a named output at the end of every exercise. The result, a clear mapping of your organisation's dark context - what an organisation knows but has never written down, the situated context a general AI model cannot see.
You work on your own organisation throughout the day, mapping where context lives, what is worth capturing and what needs to stay current. You bring a real problem. You leave with a context map: your own organisation laid out, the dark corners marked, and an order you can work through.

This course is for people who have already used AI properly, hit the ceiling, and suspect the problem is not the tool. Communication leads, managers, strategists, consultants, operations people and founders. This course is suited to anyone who is expected to answer for how AI gets used in their organisation.
For this course, you will need a laptop and a paid AI assistant subscription (ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro). Physical MethodKit cards will be provided for you to use during the workshop.

We’ll start with a welcome gathering at 08:30, followed by the course from 09:00–16:00. Lunch is included.
Do I need any prior knowledge?
This course assumes prior experience with AI tools. You should be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for professional tasks. Subscriptions for these tools are not included in the course fee.

Andriy Zhukov
Andriy Zhukov is the Co-founder of Dark Context. He has spent his career building systems that capture what people never stop to write down: first developer at Toca Boca, interim CTO of a connected-hardware company, and a biking app built around a motion model he trained himself, because nobody presses record. At Dark Context his side is the product: he designs and builds the capture tools, the agents, and the systems that keep knowledge current instead of letting it rot into a wiki nobody reads. He is based in Stockholm.
Ola Möller
Ola Möller is the Co-founder of Dark Context and Founder of MethodKit. He works where systems thinking, design and facilitation meet, building card-based tools that give teams a shared language to define their context. With DW Akademie he built tools that help newsrooms around the world make sense of AI, and with UN Habitat he built a programme where young women shape the planning of their own neighbourhoods. He is based in Stockholm.
