AI is changing the game of Content Marketing. This course introduces you to some of the most exciting AI tools available for content strategy and optimization. Throughout the course, you experiment with today's leading AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Midjourney, while exploring advanced multimedia tools like Sora, Runway, and ElevenLabs. You learn how to work with AI across the full circle - from content strategy to optimization- and you apply knowledge to a practical case to get first-hand experience.
The course is designed to boost your professional practice with the power of AI and to give you a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving job.
The course consists of 5 evening classes (2h/each) conducted over 4 weeks, comprising demos, practical assignments, discussions, and feedback. The course is light and flexible. It is designed to fit the life of a working professional and it can easily be combined with a full-time job.
Session 1: Content Research and Strategy
Lay the foundation for an effective content strategy using AI. Learn how to talk to ChatGPT for optimal output. Prompt engineering foundations. Research methods using AI. Purpose and example of content strategies.
Session 2: Content Plan
This week is all about content ideation and planning. You’ll create a content plan/calendar based on your strategy. Purpose and example of a content plan. In-depth prompting tips.
Session 3: Content Production
AI tool tips and demos to help you produce the content in your plan.
Session 4: Content Analysis & Optimization
Evaluate the effect of your content and use AI to iterate and refine your strategy and plan. AI for qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Actionable insights.
Session 5: Final Project Presentation
The course ends with your final project review where you showcase your choice of strategy, plan, content asset(s), and analysis. Share your key takeaways from the course and plan for implementation in your workflow.
This course is for anyone who works in marketing communications, social media, content strategy, and content creation and wants to learn new tools and gain a strong competitive advantage. We require a minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing-related jobs, an active ChatGPT Plus and Midjourney account, and a good level of English. You might have started using AI tools and want to expand your knowledge, or you might be an AI-curious beginner. After completing this course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and the skills to lead AI-first content marketing projects in organizations big and small.
The course includes practical exercises using today's leading AI tools for marketing, content creation, research, and creative production. To participate fully in the course, you need an active ChatGPT Plus subscription and a Midjourney account.
- ChatGPT Plus serves as the central hub for ideation, advanced data analysis, custom AI workflows, and includes access to Sora.
- Midjourney is used to create high-end campaign visuals, advertising imagery, and creative concepts.
The total cost for these mandatory subscriptions is approximately USD 30–40 per month. This cost is not included in the course fee.
Free Tools
The course also uses several AI tools that are available with free or freemium accounts, including:
- Perplexity – AI-powered market research and competitive insights
- Claude – Advanced copywriting and long-form content creation
Optional Tools
Depending on the exercises and demonstrations, you may also be introduced to additional tools, including:
- NotebookLM and Gemini – Organising company knowledge and working with documents and Google Workspace
- Runway, Suno & ElevenLabs - Advanced multimedia tools for video generation, AI voice cloning, and audio branding
These tools are optional and do not require paid subscriptions for the course.
You are welcome to cancel your paid subscriptions after completing the course or keep them active if you wish to continue using the tools in your daily work. If you are new to these tools, your instructor can guide you and help to set things up when the course starts.
