Most good AI ideas don't get rejected. They get softened, deferred, piloted, blended and parked until the moment has passed. This one-day course is about understanding who stops good AI ideas — and how to build a stronger case for them. Using The Kill List method, you bring an unfinished AI idea, identify who is likely to challenge it and what they are protecting, then defend it live. Finally, you build AI agents to keep challenging your idea after the course. The Kill List was built at Cannes Lions 2026 and tested there with around 150 senior professionals.
