Course content

An organization is a living, breathing entity, made up of hard-working, emotionally driven people. The combined knowledge of all those individuals is undoubtedly the most valuable asset of any company. This collective intelligence has a profound impact on creating and delivering meetings, workshops, and events with results. And one way to create and maintain a competitive advantage is by managing, organizing, leading, and creating more of that magic. But, where to begin? Through exploring the wide range of tools, methods, and resources available, we approach process design and facilitation as a foundation for creating your own customized methodology for change.
