Course content 

As a facilitator, you are the guardian of innovation, and your key tools are the people you involve and process you use to drive change. This course will delve deeply into the concept of decentralized innovation, interdisciplinary teams, rapid prototyping, and behavioral interaction – all with the aim of harnessing the full creative potential of individuals, groups, and networks. As a facilitator, you will develop the ability to lead innovation processes to create new products and services and drive organizational change.
