Postnord
A new way to talk about sustainability in the logistics industry.
CHALLENGE
Our group was tasked with creating a communications platform for PostNord regarding their newly passed sustainability agenda. The agenda includes three different branches: environmental, working conditions, and diversity. The challenge following this was the fact that according to PostNords own surveys customers felt that other aspects were more important when choosing delivery service. Frankly, fast deliveries and comfort seemed more important to customers than sustainability. However, connecting with the moral values of customers is getting increasingly important for all types of businesses.
SOLUTION
Therefore we created a concept which highlights the fact that when you choose PostNord you get all of the things mentioned. Sustainably, fast deliveries, fair working conditions, comfort, diversity, and more.
We named the concept Receive more since the customer will get more of the things they value. It’s a dynamic communications platform which allows a vast variety of creative outlets and messages. We chose to showcase with still photography and short videos as we made use of the literal meaning of the phrase in a visual sense. More. More. More. Who wouldn’t want some more of those sweet soft cushions and at the same time contribute to fair working conditions?
RESULT
With this kind of sustainability communication we wanted to move away from the way it has been done. There’s no eco-labels or green trees in sight, instead there’s a modern and intriguing creative world unfolding within a business used to straight facts and rationality. PostNord aims to make our everyday life easier, and they sure do when they spare us from choosing between different values. So, would you like some more?
