Nytt initiativ skapar jobb för personer som står utanför arbetsmarknaden.

Ta fram strategi på ett nytt initiativ som riktar sig till att skapa arbetsmöjligheter för personer som idag står utanför arbetsmarknaden och bidra till integrationen och sysselsättningsgraden i Sverige. 

IDÉ
Framtidsprogrammet.

Framtidsprogrammet är ett arbetsprogram inspirerat av framgångsrika initiativ som Yalla Trappan och Yalla Rinkeby och Changers Hub. Kvinnorna tas genom fyra olika faser där stöd, trygghet och uppföljning står i fokus tills de är redo för arbetslivet. Målet är att motivera, integrera och inspirera fler kvinnor att våga tro på sig själva och deras erfarenheters vikt på den svenska arbetsmarknaden. 

Vi kom fram till den här lösningen genom vår research utifrån olika rapporter från Jämställdhetsmyndigheten, Arbetsförmedlingen, Tillväxtvärket och Statistiska Centralbyrån samt genom djupintervjuer med målgrupp och research kring liknande framgångsrika initiativ. 

RESULTAT
Resultatet av vår lösning är att Buddy Company hjälper folk som idag står utanför arbetsmarknaden, effektiviserar processen ut i arbete för målgruppen och blir mer attraktiva som arbetsgivare. Affärsvärdet för Buddy Company blir att de kan anställa fler, utföra fler jobb och därmed även öka omsättningen. De kommer även att öka sina marknadsandelar.

Buddy Company kommer även att bidra med samhällsvärdet att de sätter fler människor i arbete och därmed bidrar till en ökad integration. Dessutom kan de bidra till en positiv utveckling långsiktigt, då de kan minska risken för arbetslöshet för den yngre målgruppen. Ungdomar vars föräldrar arbetar är mer sannolika att arbeta själva. Individvärdet blir att om fler arbetslösa kvinnor får chans till arbete kommer deras mående att bli bättre, de kan bli mer självständig och även öka chanserna för självförsörjning.
