No panels. No moderators. No sales pitches from the stage. No “truths”. Instead, expect talks and workshops across several parallel tracks, created by people who are experimenting, building, questioning and learning right now.

AI is moving fast. Let's make sense of it together.

The hype isn't the interesting part anymore.

The interesting questions are what happens next: How is AI changing creative work? What are people actually building with agents? What happens to leadership when AI becomes part of the team? Which skills matter now? What should we automate – and what should remain deeply human?

Topics range from AI agents, creative tools and vibe coding to ethics, education, change management, writing and leadership.

Berghs Unconference:AI brings together early adopters, creatives, strategists, builders, entrepreneurs, educators and leaders to explore questions like these together. You don't have to be an AI expert. But curiosity helps. We invite the audience to discuss and share.  Come with something you know, something you're testing or simply something you haven't figured out yet.

A conference built differently

An Unconference isn't something you simply sit through. The people in the room help create it. Speakers self-nominate and contribute the ideas experiments and questions they believe are worth sharing. Across several parallel tracks, you can move between short talks, deeper sessions and hands-on workshops. And if something isn't giving you energy? Leave. Seriously. We use "The Law of Two feet". Go where you are learning, contributing or meeting someone interesting.

What to expect

  • Build your own experience. Choose from 15–20 talks and workshops.
  • A curious crowd. Meet creatives, builders, entrepreneurs, educators and leaders from across industries.
  • Several tracks at once. Follow the subjects that matter to you. Switch whenever you want.
  • Interactive learning. Forget long keynotes. Think, test and learn with people exploring AI right now.
  • Ideas you can actually use. Hear what others tried, what worked, what didn’t and what’s next.
  • Beyond the sessions. Some of the best moments happen between talks, with someone you didn’t expect to meet.

Who is it for?

For anyone working with, experimenting with or trying to make sense of AI. You might work in a creative agency, marketing, tech, HR, education or a start-up. You might be a student exploring how AI is changing your field or leading change inside a larger organisation. You might build with AI every day – or be trying to understand where to begin. Different levels of experience are part of the point. Because understanding what AI changes requires more than one perspective.

Bring your curiosity. Leave with more than notes.

The goal isn't to tell you what the future of AI will look like. It's to put interesting people in the same rooms and explore it together. Challenge an assumption. Test an idea. Learn a new skill. Meet someone approaching the same problem from a completely different direction. And expect a few things you didn't see coming.

“Berghs UnConference has become my favorite space for experimentation in public. From making my stand-up comedy debut with my self-built AI coach Frank to introducing my AI colleague Nova and building my social experiment Digital Fika in front of a live audience. Expect the unexpected!”

Want to take the stage?

The programme is taking shape, and we’re looking for a few more speakers and workshop facilitators. Maybe you’ve built something others should see, learned something the hard way, or want to recommend someone to speak. You don’t need all the answers. Bring an idea worth exploring.
